Children Under Age 13
CPAR does not knowingly collect any information from children under age thirteen. If you discover that we have collected information from children under age thirteen, please notify us. If a child under age thirteen sends us an email with a question or comment, and we are aware of the child's age, we will write back using that email address but we will not keep the email address or use it again.
Enforcement
If CPAR becomes aware that the security of the Site is compromised or any nonpublic user information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity or otherwise not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, CPAR will take reasonable measures that it deems appropriate (which may include an internal investigation and reporting, notifying the user, and notifying and cooperating with law enforcement authorities).
