Sustainable Development Goals
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) build on the original Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) set by the United Nations, with the goal to eradicate poverty by 2030.
Since its inception in 1984, CPAR has prioritized many of the key global objectives outlined by the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Each project profiled lists the SDG goals that are met, demonstrating CPAR’s commitment to eradicating poverty resulting from economic, social and environmental sources through effective development that creates change.
