CPAR and CPAR Tanzania have partnered with OCIC and Praxis Pictures to visually document the innovative work helping Tanzanian farmers, and their families, mitigate the impacts of climate change.
Transformations: Stories of Partnership, Resilience and Positive Change in Tanzania is a collaborative photojournalism project intended to increase dialogue and further understanding of international partnerships that address complex global challenges.
This partnership was officially launched in June 2016. In November 2016, OCIC representatives, Kimberly Gibbons and Eugenia Ochoa, and Praxis Picture's photojournalist Alan Lissner visited Bunda District, Tanzania. There, they captured a compelling portfolio of images and narratives of CPAR Tanzania's projects and beneficiaries.
On February 3, OCIC launced the virtual
Transformations Exhibit at the Global Citizens Forum, in Toronto.
CPAR Tanzania's Country Manager, Delfina Edward, and Project Officer, Innocent Leoni are currently in Canada to discuss CPAR Tanzania's exciting projects and innovations in events held throughout International Development Week (February 5 to 11).
Following International Development week, on February 13, the
Transformations: Stories of Partnership, Resilience and Positive Change in Tanzania exhibit will be featured at Metro Hall.
