As COVID-19 continues to spread and affect communities worldwide, we need to come together as a global family now more than ever.
With the first case confirmed in Ethiopia, we are reminded that not all countries are lucky enough to have a well-equipped health system. Places like Fitche Hospital, where CPAR continues to work, that already struggles to keep up with the health care needs of the local population, will be stretched to the breaking point during an outbreak. This is why programs like those offered by CPAR to strengthen health systems are so vital, particularly in times like these.
