It's that time of year again. It's time for the Kash End of Summer Dash!

This challenging 10K run which happens in scenic Haliburton is now in its 13th year and is still going strong.

Sign up today for the 10 K run or for the 1K Kids' Fun Run.

The Kids' 1K fun run starts at 3 pm and the 10 K run starts at 4 pm.

Your race entry includes:

• Chip timing by Sportstats
• Post race barbeque and party at the Pinestone Resort in Haliburton (supper and a beverage).
  
• Race T-shirt.
• Babysitting services during the run.
• Kids' awards after the 1K.

Sign up cost is $35 if you register before race day and $40 on race day for the 10-km run. This fee includes a race T-shirt, a barbeque dinner, and free babysitting.

The race fee is waived if runners can collect $100 in sponsorships.

The registration cost for the 1-km kids' run is $15. This cost includes a T-shirt and barbeque dinner. If the kids can sign up any sponsors, the registration fee drops to $10.

All proceeds from the event go to support Canadian Physicians for Aid & Relief (CPAR) towards their programs focused on building healthy communities in Africa.

There will be chip timing for both the 1-km and 10-km by Sportstats.

Registration on race day is at the Pinestone Resort - 4252 County Road 21 in Haliburton.
