Here’s what previous CPAR volunteers have said about their experience:
“I would most definitely recommend volunteering with CPAR. It is a great experience for anyone who is interested in helping communities in Africa to become more self-sufficient and informed by becoming part of a close community yourself!”
- Anya Selleck, Toronto, Ontario

Volunteering at the CPAR head office has been a great experience.  The small size of the organization here in Canada allowed me to get a feel for the organization and the dedicated people working in each of the organization’s departments.  I was exposed to the wide array of work that goes into running CPAR’s programs, plus I was able to participate in aspects of the organization beyond my specific volunteer duties.  The friendly nature of the staff and their dedication to CPAR’s cause has made me a life-long advocate for the organization.
- Hadley Nelles – Guelph, Ontario

“The reason I decided to volunteer with Canadian Physicians for Aid & Relief (CPAR) as opposed to other charities or organizations is because I have a lot of love and passion for the continent of Africa. The volunteer experience at CPAR was very relaxing and comforting. Definitely, I would recommend CPAR to other volunteers to volunteer for because not only is this organization heavily committed and dedicated to its work but is very supportive of their volunteers.”
- Mitch Sawant, Toronto, Ontario
