Resources

Bring the world into your classroom with CPAR’s free global education resources!

CPAR offers a range of complimentary, downloadable teaching resources that are custom-designed to align with Canadian primary and secondary school curricula - making it easy for teachers to engage students in a range of global issues. Focusing in on rural African communities, these resources explore themes such as global citizenship, food security, the environment and the HIV and AIDS pandemic in Africa. Students are challenged to explore the day-to-day lives of rural African families, to understand the connections between prominent global-level problems and what is happening in our own backyards, and to discover how we can all get involved in promoting positive change around the world!

Our toolkits are designed as comprehensive, ready-to-use lessons that teachers can easily integrate into the classroom learning experience at the primary and secondary school levels.
